My sister needed help in getting a small storage..well by the grace of God I live next to istorage...so I took her there..the front gurl,was awesome,she took care of my sister like a pro..very nice explained n even walked out and showed us exactly where the storage is..thank u sooo much celia,great to know that nice people still exist....

After a disappointing customer service experience at nearby Keepsafe Storage, I was able to quickly and easily set up a 10x10 indoor unit at IStorage. The facilities are modern, clean, and protected by a fence and gate. The manager, Zuly, took the time to answer all of my questions and didn't rush me through the process or try to force me into any products I didn't want.

Just want to say what an extremely easy and smooth experience I had renting a storage unit at Moove In Storage in Lancaster, Shreiner Station Rd. Celia was very professional and helpful, and offered friendly service with a smile. She guided us through the necessary steps from paper work to details to walking us to our unit. They had a sample storage unit to help us decide what size unit we would need and also had locks and boxes available. Fresh, clean, and very organized facility. If you need storage, this is the place, and Celia will greet you with grace and kindness.
