Went into the store for some singles but told me we do singles but don't have the time to do it and they were very rude about it telling me to come back another time, so came back another time and told me the same thing again, on top of being very rude to me, don't waste your time going there, 0 out of 5 stars if that was an option

I'm not sure about any online store options but I know for a fact the physical store is, has been, closed for some time... building doesn't even have the MVP sign on it... hope this helps

I've never been to the store, but I did order 2 items from their Amazon store. I never received the items and Amazon issued a refund. MVP decided to send me to collections over one of the boxes, but I'm not sure how they can do that. I'm not an expert on shady businesses, but I feel like the local crack dealer is more trustworthy than this place. I'm interested to see what happens when I call the collections agency tomorrow. If we lived in a perfect world, making false reports to collection agencies would be a felony.Edit 10-12-2022As suggested by MVP, a report was made with USPS regarding the mail theft. There was no tracking number available on Amazon, which is already a bad sign since all packages shipped through USPS have tracking numbers.

great shop for items but there no room to play anymore since Covd started they have become more online selling focus and there almost no space for tournaments , tournament times have changed to inconvenient times for most players. ex vanguard used to be at 6 so player could do other events such as Weiss, Yu-Gi-=Oh even Digimon. so now it just a place to buy product and sleeves me and my group currently have no interest in heading to tournament there no new vanguard product and times are super Inconvenient

I preordered a display case of Maximum Gold: El Dorado on 10/30. The set released on 11/17, and by 11/23 TCG player still didn't have shipping being confirmed. I reached out to them on TCG player and they said "Our fulfillment center processes preorders on release date" and told me to contact them later. I did not receive my product until 12/07, almost three weeks after the RELEASE date. Very annoyed with their customer service, especially when their excuse was that they process preorders on the release date when I waited a week AFTER the release date to ask for an update. Will go out of my way to avoid this seller in the future.

Pre-Ordered a Vivid Voltage Booster Box for my daughter's birthday from their Amazon store, and they cancelled it 2 weeks later because they sold out. Never been screwed out of a pre-order from any other company before. Highly disappointed by this company.How about I provide you with a screenshot of my email of your store cancelling my order this morning then? I'd like to resolve this, and give you a good rating. Also, that's not my real name, so not surprised you don't have a record of me ordering from you.

I preordered an evolving skies booster box and it came 15 days early! The box itself is in decent condition, but had multiple layers of protection when it arrived!I am deeply satisfied and will definitely order here again!

Well to begin, I ordered some cards back in JUNE, and they were a preorder so I had to wait till august. August rolls around and no cards. Why? Because apparently there’s a minimum that needs to be spent on the website for me to get my cards. Where though? Absolutely awful customer service.
