Employee continued using profanity. I asked her to stop as my children were with me. She told me she didn't know why I was talking to her that she was an adult.I asked who her manager was and she told me that I would have to find out!I asked another worker (who she was talking to when I walked up) who the manager was. She told me that she was the assistant manager. I told her what happened even though I knew she knew. They were both laughing at me when I told her. This is unprofessional!!

Won't Honor Posted Prices - today attempted to buy chinos at posted $29.99 price, rang up at $34.99. Cashier verified the signage but manager (within my earshot) said "signs fall down or they are switched...they are $34.99." Cashier apologized but I walked out. Found same pants at Gap Factory in same mall for $24.99. Ridiculous.

Horrible service the employees literally saw me walking up the the door and Straight up locked it right in my face as I was coming in. The store closes at 9pm it’s was 8:39 pm. Update your hours if you aren’t going to be open until 9 pm. The least she could’ve done was say I’m sorry we are closed.

We went in this store with our dog! Every store is dog friendly in this outlet except this store!!!! I was in the dressing room. When the rude sales women asked my bf to leave with our dog. He handed me money to buy the few outfits I wanted and he went outside. I decided for how rude she was that the store didn’t need our money! Thank you for kicking our dog out cause you lost a big sale and we will not give you any business in the future.

Tanger Outlet is all pet friendly and I have been at every store this weekend with my leashed dog with me. This is the only place they asked me to leave. NO sign, no nothing!No dog, no purchase!

I had used Nautica clothing before, but not again. I bought a pair of sweatpants XL and per there chart of my measurement was to be an XL. No inseam was showed on the page. When I received them they were 3" too long. I went to send them back and it cost me $11.95 of which I was never given credit for shipping even if the pants were to fit and did not! All there clothes are less money and once I got some shirts also they were so cheap made. Not again!!! Ron

Went in today for my birthday to treat myself and Scott made my entire life experience so enjoyable, I was unsure about a jacket since I don't typically get stuff like that even though I love the style and he simply said no it looks good on you made me feel so nice! Clean store lots of options and amazing customer service thank you for adding happiness to my birthday Scott!!!

Shopping during a pandemic is already a hassle but when you go into a store and walk pass 3 employees and not one says hi but stares at you is one of the uncomfortable feelings. That’s what happen when i went to the nautica store in Lancaster. I couldn’t receive no help because the two females complained about there long horrible day and the male just stood there.Quite disappointing because I would have loved to buy something

Amazing Tanger Outlets!! The best Outlet location in Southeastern Pennsylvania!! Has all the stores you care about and great customer service! Thanks to the great sales associate I had, I saved about $40 off my purchase! Will be back for the Holidays!!!
