I’m generally a laid-back and understanding person, and I’ve always appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff here. However, I wanted to share some feedback about my most recent visit this past Friday, which unfortunately didn’t go as well as previous ones.
During my pedicure, I was nicked on both my left and right toes, and they’ve since become inflamed and quite painful. I’m sharing this not out of anger, but to raise awareness—for both future customers to be cautious, and for the business to take note and possibly address the issue to prevent it from happening again.
I truly believe in supporting this business, and I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit of improvement and care.

My friend and I went for a mani/pedi. The pedi was like 30 minutes + which was great but the water got cold. Once I told them they added more hot water. LOVE THAT. Apparently I had an ingrown toenail (ewww). But they got that. I did ask for some red wine at that point which they gave to me and my friend. Pedi I give 10/10. Mani was great only the one color i picked was an extra 15 bucks. I decided to pass on that but overal it was a fun time at the mall.

Went in for a pedicure on Friday. Picked the $50 option. Gel polish was an extra $15 on top. Lady who did my pedicure was rough. She cut my nail on my big toe so bad I bled and it's swollen and tender. I got a half-assed sorry and she kept digging at it. I'm limping today because of it. When I was done I could barely put my sandal on because she messed with my big toe so bad. Went to pay and was told a different price than what it should have been. Won't be back.
