Best auto shop in lancaster hands down. Andy and Bril made my stop here worth every penny! Andy took my vehicle in while it was a busy saturday and got me in and out within 45 mins. While waiting in the lobby bril was playing some old jams that i havent heard in a while. 10/10

Hands down the best customer service I've encountered in a long while.
Booked in for safety inspection at 2:30, was promptly and politely seen to and car was done 30 minutes later. I dealt with Andy and Grant who were both very accommodating to all of my questions.
I will be going there again and highly recommend to anyone. As a woman dealing with this on her own, there was never anything but politeness and respect. 10 out of 10.

Andy and team really did a great job troubleshooting and fixing my car. Didn’t charge extra on labor to diagnose when they came across a strange problem. Stuck at it and got it fixed. Definitely recommend

Have been going to One Stop for years for services such as oil changes, annual safety inspections, etc. Also, they are very accommodating when fitting me into the schedule. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an honest shop that does great work.

I have been going to andy at one stop auto for maybe 5 years now. Best customer service and the mechanics are very knowledgable The prices are very reasonable. Their availability is amazing with fast turn around.
