Great coaches! Doesn't matter what level of fitness you will still benefit.I started in January 2024 I did their challenge was at 18.4 body fat went down to 17.6, that # would have been better if i really focused on my eating. My weight stayed the same, and muscle increased. My endurance levels have increased and was the reason I wanted to give OT a try. I can run outside 5 miles without stopping. My lifting and hitt sessions outside OT have definitely benefitted. Others have noticed a difference in my body composition. My posture seems better. My core was weak prior to starting, and my core strength has most definitely increased. I can see a bit of abs coming thru.Just remember it's what you put into it and what you eat. Thank you to the coaches who are upbeat and pushing us thru!

I enjoy the station work and the variety of strength exercises. It is an intense workout that goes quickly because it is never boring.I am able to adapt that intensity to my personal ability and goals. The instructors are very clear and concise with instructions and very personable. I recommend it for individuals of all ages who are seeking to improve their health and fitness.

I love the coach-led classes, and the encouragement and motivation I receive. The coaches here all make me feel welcome. The treadmills are the best I have ever run on, as far as cushioning and wear on my legs. The variety of the workout means I never get bored, and I have seen results in my body and weight. I love how the heart monitors track your heart and gives you details on the level of your workout.

I have been coming to this studio for about 2 months now. The staff and coaches are amazing. I never knew thought I would look forward to going to the gym, but these members and coaches have made me look forward to going! I would highly recommend the great atmosphere and workouts!

I love the coaches & the atmosphere! I would not still be a member if Cicely and Steve were not coaches here. They are the best and make any workout fun! They both have a gentle approach to coaching and get to know the people in their classes. The overall atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and I love that it is group fitness but individual - you get all the perks of having a class full of people without any of the intimidation.

I have been going to OTF since early 2019! It all started when my therapist mentioned using working out as a way to help with stress from work & my internal dialogue. Since your first class is free, it was a great way to try it out before committing! I actually did not end up purchasing the OT Beat heart rate monitor because it’s a bit expensive and I wasn’t sure how long I’d actually last going. Well…three years later I’m still attending.What keeps me coming is that I don’t have to think going into class, I just get TO DO! No formulating a workout plan, plus you get great motivating coaches & music. Coach Cicely is amazing. She’s super positive, motivating, and personable. She remembers my name and goes out of her way to encourage me. ?The price point, to me, is fair and actually motivates me to not miss my classes. I have the 8 classes/month plan, and I go twice a week. I used to have a membership at a gym that was $15/mo, but then I never went (planet fitness).The workouts are challenging, and have helped me get muscular results I can see - I am more toned. My arms are the strongest they’ve been. The coaches always provide alternatives to different exercises if your body is not able to complete it in the original form given, and if they don’t, you can always ask and they are more than willing to help.Lastly, some transparency on things that could be improved - more time to stretch at the end of class. This sometimes gets rushed and it is so important to stretch after working out so you don’t get injured. I get I could go home and stretch, but I like to do it right after class in the studio.

I joined Orange Theory 4 mos ago. I have never been this motivated to exercise and stick with it. The coaches are very helpful and encouraging.
