I registered and paid online for a 10am class via ClassPass. I showed up and the doors were locked. The place was closed. I called Derek and Carla (owners) because their numbers were on a sign near the entrance. I left messages for them both. Derek never called back. Carla called back and quickly put me on hold to try to figure out why the place was closed. We got disconnected. I called back and left another voicemail because I don't want to be charged for the class. Both never called back.
