Went in to get a refund and nobody knew what they were doing. We were all waiting in line and not a single employee doing anything. The manager does not know how to do refunds so then proceeds to give me a customer service number i call them 3 times and not a single answer. Wouldn't honor a rewards discount. kept saying " sorry I don't see that on my screen" refused to look at the info on our phone.
