Great with my dog and customer service was excellent. A little slow and didn't remember my dog's name.

Loved it! They sent me a picture of my puppy while I was on vacation and he received a goodie bag when we picked him up. Everyone knew him when walking out the store, I felt like he was very well taken care of.
