The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The store is consistently very clean, well stocked, and organized. I take my dog for grooming here too and he is always treated with kindness and his service is top notch. 🐾 Enzo approves!

The PetSmart associate explained the benefits of purchasing the puppy guide. I saved $15. that day and already have scheduled a free pet exam using the coupon from the book.

We’ve been bringing our German shepherd for nail trims here for a few years with minimal issues. Today we brought her for a bath and nail trim. I made the appt online a week in advance. I noted when I made the appt that I would bring her muzzled, as she does get anxious and they always muzzle her when we get there anyway. When we got there, our groomer informed us that she couldn’t see our dog for any services because we had already muzzled her, “it’s Petsmart policy”. I offered to remove the muzzle and use theirs, only to still be denied service. She went on to tell him I should go to my vet for this service instead of Petsmart. No apology for the inconvenience or for not calling me ahead of time to tell me not to muzzle her. We were pretty much told to leave and not to come back. We will definitely not be coming back for services or anything else. Ridiculous customer service!!

Very nice petsmart!
Love seeing the fish , birds, hamsters , Guinea pigs . and the cute cats at the adoption center , and the doggos at the pets hotel! And the dogs and cats at the groomers. The petsmart employees are always nice and welcoming as well .
Very well managed .
And clean!

I used they pet hotel. Associates were professional and informative. I paid for 3 hrs of play time with other pets, but my pet was shy, so they spent time with him in a 1 on 1 setting. My pet seemed happy. Maybe it was because he was excited to see me.

Love shopping in this location.
Every time I shopped I get reward and get $ off.
I also have an auto shipping for my dog food. Always on time.
And the grooming amazing 10/10

I initially had an grooming appointment scheduled, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the store had to cancel. While it was inconvenient at the time, they quickly reached out with a fair resolution and went above and beyond to make things right. Their professionalism and effort to ensure customer satisfaction really stood out. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them makes all the difference. Thank you Skylar and Grace for their professionalism. Definitely recommend the fruitville pike location!

Cait did an awesome job with my small dog. She was very gentle and professional grooming him. He looked and smelled great and seemed to warm up to her.

Get up charged $25 every time for them to trim dog nails, only for them to never even touch the dog’s nails. People are friendly, but you don’t get what you pay for. Avoid this big chain brand.

Go in there very frequently with my 4 month old German Shepherd & this is store is so welcoming that my shy baby is always so happy to go to. When it's time to leave, he will plant himself & refuse to leave 😂 Definitely have some good people working at this location 😊

I cannot express my gratitude to the staff here at Petsmart. My dog ( love him ) anxiety ridden
Pooped on the floor the moment we stepped foot in the store ( vet appointment)
While I’m trying to clean THE “ mess”
Other dogs .. of course come galloping through the door… as I mentioned my dog has anxiety ( bitten by a dog ) He does not care for other dogs hence the scene that was caused. BUT out comes Evelyn ( hopefully spelled her name right ) with her super hero cape and saved the day.
Embarrassed and thankful all at once. I expressed my gratitude and walked away with my head down but my heart filled knowing there were good people left in this world.
So thank you Duke for pooping on the floor!

Ashley was in the store tonight when me and my daughter came in.... she is definitely an asset to your store! So helpful so informative and I learned tricks I'm gona use on my cat that I would have never thought of! I saw her interact with other guests too! She loves what she does and it shows! Thanks Ashley! (Hope I remembered the name right) she had some pink in her hair
