Beautiful historic barn in a spectacular meadow in the heart of Amish countryside. Excellent decor, quiet and peaceful bnb. Grounds are lovely and scenic. A great experience all the while supporting historic preservation. Close to everything Amish! We will return in the fall.

Pheasant Run is located on the beautiful rolling hills of Conestoga. The property is absolutely gorgeous with stunning walking trails and neat scenery. They have 2 buildings aside from the B and B that you can access. One was the gentleman’s lounge. A discrete little room on one side of the property with a small fridge for drinks and snacks, an ice bucket and an auxiliary stereo. I got the Catherine room and it was cozy and comfortable. Super clean and appealing. The breakfast was served right on time with some of the best French toast I’ve ever had anywhere. If you’re ever in the area book a stay and check them out. You won’t regret it.

We had our wedding here in the begginning of January. It was an excellent choice. All the staff were so careful and helpful. The rooms were very good, clean and we had an amazing breakfast that we will never forget. Can’t wait to come back. We already miss Mrs Butters.

This was our first experience at a bed and breakfast. It did not disappoint! The once barn turned into a beautiful rustic, warm, charming b and b. The grounds were breathtaking. The owners and staff are a delight to talk with. A lovely breakfast was served each morning.Excellent decor was a step back in time, in this fast paced life, it was refreshing to relax. Mr Butters (the cat) was quite friendly and welcoming too! We will definitely return!!

This is a very nice B&B, clean comfortable room, great bedding delicious breakfast and great service
My only complaint is no television in the rooms
That is a game changer for me
And the sitting room was too cold

The most incredible and authentic b&b. We stayed here for 3 nights last month and were looked after so well. Hospitality is second to none, including the unusual welcome from Mr Butters the cat (yes the cat!).How to describe this place, yes it's a converted barn in beautiful grounds. It has clearly been painstakingly restored and tastefully decorated by the owners.Exposed beams are everywhere, the triple height exposed ceiling in the generously proportioned guest lounge is gorgeous, lovely dining area for breakfast and 4 rooms of which ours (Catherine room) was a very generous sized bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Our room featured a 4 poster bed, beautiful gas powered log fire which kicked out some lovely heat for our winter stay. Huge solid wood wardrobe and seating area with small sofa. The bathroom has a tub with overhead shower and his and hers sinks. Lovely soft furnishings and very comfy bed.Breakfast is a set menu which changed daily and started with fruit and was followed by an egg dish or similar breakfast item. The grounds are lovely to walk though, acres to explore (with Mr Butters by your side).Highly recommended this place and would love to stay again one day. I only gave location a 4 instead of 5 as it is quite remote, you definitely need a car but equally it depends what you want and if peace and quiet is on your list this is the place for you!

We were in the Lancaster area for the weekend and decided to select this bed in breakfast. This BnB had excellent reviews and seeing the animals and pictures made it an even better choice for us.Making it an even better stay for us is the friendly always purring Mr. Butters ?We hike and this is within fifteen minutes of several hiking areas and pinnacles. The rooms are statelee and the inn is kept immaculate. Our friends reserved one of the other rooms. We are very laid back and really enjoyed being in a farm setting. Enjoy the easy access to the balcony off of our room. The entire team was friendly. They are able to accommodate Keto and low carb. There is an ample stock of k-cups and snacks. A nice size guest refrigerator. We had fun playing games in the upstairs lounge. We were in town for an United Disabilities Services get-together and hiking/geocaching.We recommend Pheasant Run BnB and would stay here again.Nearby activities: HikingNoteworthy details: Mr Butters!Banquet rooms

3rd time visiting this beautiful B&B. Beautiful property, the rooms are always so clean and comfortable. The staff here are so friendly and are there for all of your needs whether a restaurant recommendation, things to do. The breakfast is always so delicious from croissant french toast to shirred eggs and english muffins. We keep coming back because of the peacefulness, staff, and Butters the cat.:) You can walk along the property and see the horse, Legacy. She is so sweet! The B&B is close to downtown Lancaster, about 20 minutes away. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Best B&B I've ever attended. The staff are friendly, helpful and nice. The property is amazing and contains a horse, a nice trail through the woods and the cutest cats ever; once you meet Butters the cat you'll book your return quickly :)
