My friend and I made an appointment at this place for manicures at 3PM. We get there ten minutes early and the door is locked. We waited and nobody showed up. I called and no answer. No text, no email, no nothing about why they aren't there for our appointment. The door clearly stated they were open until 5. Beyond disappointed.

Previous owners are no longer there. Felix and Lana were amazing. It was called Premium Nail spa.. They really set the bar high.
New owners are charging more for less of a service. My biggest problem is only one person speaks broken English. No one else does, so you can't explain to them what you want.
Need to find a new place.

The only place I’ll get a pedicure in Lancaster. Clean, friendly and fast. Felix & Lana have always done a phenomenal job and each pedicure is better than the last.

My experience at this nail salon was above 5 stars. Very clean shop and they were very welcoming. Felix did my nails I showed him a inspo pic and he did amazing! asked my opinion on different color and shape it was great! Also kept good conversation.thank you so much will start coming here from now on!
UPDATE: everything above is still correct except the quality. I got my nails done one week later the gel was chilling several nails were lifting and I went back she did a quick fix and 2 days later it was lifting again. They’re very sweet but the quality was just not there after some wear.

i’ve tried many different nail places but am never satisfied with the end result. always sloppy work and no nail prep and always leave disappointed so i decided to try this place because of the reviews. i got a manicure and pedicure and they spent A LOT of time prepping the nails before painting which no places do anymore and they paid a lot of attention to detail when painting. they also didn’t use a drill to take off my gel which was very appreciated to keep them healthy which places other then here also don’t do anymore. staff was super kind and welcoming the whole time. i paid 55$ for a basic gel pedicure which included stones and a massage and my french gel manicure was 40$. will definitely be my new go to place !! :)
***EDIT *** the next day the nails chipped completely at the tips and were peeling off completely on all my fingers after barely even 24 hours. very disappointed :(

The shop is very chill and Felix was lovely. I haven't been to a nail salon in years and Premium did a beautiful job in welcoming me back to the world of nails. Very much recommend.

Was able to get a walk in for a manicure and pedicure, I believe prices were fair and they did a great job. My only negative is that it was quiet, no music or tv playing. There is a tv but maybe it wasn’t working. Either way, great experience.

Felix did an amazing job on my nails! I booked a Gel Manicure and he was very attentive and took his time in making sure all my nails were shaped properly and the polish was applied in nice even layers. I highly recommend and will be back again!!

This is a great nail salon. It’s right across from the train station. The staff is great. I have never gotten such long-lasting dip nails! The attention to detail is awesome! The place is super-clean and you can book online. Check it out!

The best nail salon in Lancaster! I have been coming here for about a year. Felix is a master at his craft and I will not go anywhere else. It is the cleanest place around too. Felix and Lana are always friendly and inviting. I have had problem nails all my life and had many failed attempts at fixing them. Felix is patient and tried a few things until we found the magic. No more splits and cracks, I’m hooked! Amazing pedicures as well. Highly recommended.

I have been coming to premium nail spa for a year and a half now and Felix and Lana always do such an amazing job with my nails! They create such an intimate environment and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
