Alright, folks, gather 'round for my Red Robin adventure! So, I bravely embarked on a quest to conquer the Scorpions burger. It was like a rollercoaster ride for my taste buds—okay, maybe more of a kiddie ride, nothing too wild. The Scorpions burger had its moments of greatness, but it left me wanting a bit more flavor excitement. It's like the scorpions were more interested in sunbathing than spicing up my life. Maybe they were taking a vacation, who knows? Now, let's talk about the bottomless steak fries. The idea of endless fries sounds like a dream come true, right? Well, in theory, it is. But reality slapped me in the face when I realized these fries were lacking a crucial element—crunchiness and saltiness. They were more like floppy potato noodles than crispy fries, and the absence of salt left me yearning for that golden, savory goodness. I mean, who wants to eat fries that are as plain as a potato's day off? It's a shame because my stomach has an unending appetite for crunchy, salty goodness.Oh, and let's not forget about the prices. Now, I understand that Red Robin is more than your average burger joint, but my wallet did a double-take when it saw the numbers. It's like the prices were playing hide-and-seek with my budget. I had to do some mental gymnastics to convince myself that this was indeed a burger place and not a five-star gourmet restaurant. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for treating myself, but I wouldn't mind a little more bang for my burger buck. But wait! Hold your disappointment because the dessert came to the rescue. It was the shining star of my Red Robin journey, the sweet savior that saved the day. I indulged in a heavenly treat called the Mountain High Mudd Pie, and boy, did it live up to its name! This dessert was a towering masterpiece of indulgence. Layers upon layers of rich chocolate, velvety ice cream, and a crumbly crust harmoniously combined to create a symphony of flavors. With each bite, I ascended to dessert heaven, leaving behind the mundane world of burgers and fries. If only the Scorpions burger and those fries could take a few lessons from the Mountain High Mudd Pie, we'd have a legendary meal on our hands. In conclusion, Red Robin, you had me at Scorpions, but you lost me at floppy, unsalted fries and slightly higher prices. However, I'll forever cherish the memory of that delightful Mountain High Mudd Pie, and it gives me hope that one day, the entire meal will live up to its potential. Keep the scorpions spicy, the fries crispy (and salted!), and the desserts magical, and you'll have a customer for life!

It's a chain. Service was good, drink specials for happy hour were great! We had the boneless chicken wings, wine and a beer and it was 15.00! Can't beat that. Bar floor was VERY slippery, my only complaint!

My order was completely incorrect and after I spoke with a manager they said they would remake it and provide gift cards for my inconvenience in returning to the restaurant to pick it up. At that point I felt somewhat better and drove back to get it. I looked it over after picking up the remake and the food looked correct; however when I went to eat the remade food discovered it had the right ingredients but was now pink inside instead of well done. The salad also had tomatoes on the bottom after it was supposed to be no tomatoes. I originally thought the salad was correct because I didn’t see any when o opened the container. I definitely wasted my money and time, and it was already hard to find a break in the dance competition numbers to even take a dinner break. Only the drink and one side order were correct for $45 spent and I still have to go find somewhere else to get dinner I can actually eat. And spend -more- money. I understand people make mistakes but I was hoping it would be right the second time. If my remade food was right, I wouldn’t have bothered to leave a bad review bc at least I’d have finally gotten what I ordered.I will say the staff was at least friendly and apologetic the first time I called back, and i appreciate the gift cards, but the accuracy at this location leaves a lot to be desired.

Everything was great!. Until we realized one of us didn't get the correct burger. Being who we are we didn't say anything about it. We just ate our food and paid the bill. But left a comment in the survey that we got the wrong burger and would not return. Then the waiter brought us out after paying the bill and tipping mind you. He brought us out refills to go for our sodas and toss them on the table as well as the straws and then walked away without saying a word. Extremely rude.

They have unlimited root beer floats right now. Between an awesome burger and unlimited fries the experience was worth the wait. The server we had went above and beyond, she was one of the best we've ever had.
