Regal Manor is a movie theater with a wide selection of films, featuring at least 16 separate theaters. The seating includes comfortable reclining chairs, providing a home theater experience for guests. The theater offers self-service ticket purchasing, and the theaters and bathrooms are generally clean. Staff are kind and professional, contributing to a friendly atmosphere. However, the theater is in need of renovations and upgrades. Some seats are broken and do not recline, and the overall condition of the building is rundown, with broken signs and a rundown exterior. Inside, the theater can be hot and sticky, especially during summer, with insufficient air conditioning. Additionally, the projector room's glass is dirty, affecting picture quality, and there are issues with lighting, as lights remain bright for too long during movies. Guests have experienced long previews of up to 25 minutes, and sometimes technical issues cause delays, such as needing staff to turn on the screen or adjust the lighting. Despite these issues, the theater provides a comfortable environment with ample movie choices and friendly staff, but it would benefit greatly from updates and better maintenance to improve overall experience.
The theater quality is mid. Theres a huge gash in auditorium 1 that nobody seems to care enough about to fix. Plus the quality is a bit blurry on all these. It is cool tho how when a new big movie comes out they dress the lobby up to match that movie. I dont think any other theater ever did that.

While the theater is very clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, the movie: Project Hail Mary is really stupid and struggles to get to the point of the plot. The acting gets lost shortly after the plot was launched. It's not a terrible movie, it just doesn't work if you're looking for something nerdy.
