The manager lied and sold me a broken Ps5 contacted him for 2 weeks straight paid my bill and my son was never able to play on it also the manager never even came and picked it up sent one of his employees to get it the console had 2 other peoples accounts on it when we got it and it was supposed to come with Spiderman Game and never did .

I have been calling my store in Columbia ave for a week now. I feel like I’m playing phone tag with the manager. I get a text message with statements about picking my furniture up due to lack of payment but I have been trying to get ahold of management for over two weeks in regards to my contract. The fact that I was told the manager will be calling me back for 3 days and now receiving text messages about picking up my furniture due to lack of payment when I’ve been trying to work and contact for arrangements of payment.

He lacks experience, they charge him even the pizza if I make payment in person with the bank card, they charge him FER if you take too long to pay, also if I make payment by phone, it's also not worth it.
