The store is not bad. Only at the checkout you sometimes have to stand in line. I don't understand why they put magnetic tags in conspicuous places! They leave holes. Have to go back and return the clothes again. Please attach them somewhere on the bottom of the garment.

It's always a bit cluttered & unorganized here. I have a hard time finding things but the staff is nice for the most part & tried to help

The workers here are so rude and the store is such a mess. My mother wanted to try on a few dresses and when the girl saw us walking over she quickly closed the fitting rooms and stared at us before it was even 9.. Not sure if they close their rooms this early normally but she didn’t even acknowledge us. Ratchet store, there’s plenty of other better places with friendlier staff.

A cordial greeting, I wanted to express my disagreement and lack of respect with customers; It is not possible that out of 7 Registrars they are only serving 2 and with very long lines and no one is involved in the matter to enable other registers, There is definitely no right, Thank you a thousand and a thousand ☹️

Went to this store and when we asked a sales clerk about using a dressing room, the clerk ignorantly walked away shouting back at us “I don’t have a key and it’s not my job!”
Totally inconsiderate treating us like trash. I could hardly believe that this clerk was so rude as if our shopping in the store was not worth their time. She could’ve at least said it politely and pointed us in the right direction of someone who could actually help us. Worst customer service ever. I will NEVER set foot in this store again and will tell everyone to avoid this store until that employee is gone. Shop here and expect to be treated as a waste of the employee’s self valued time- screw the customer!

Ross is a good store but there are some products that has a prop 65 warning on them like for example... ART SUPPLIES I saw a art supply that has the warning on them i am so scared right now? like why would they put a prop 65 on them if they are useful like they cause cancer or birth defects!

I used to love shopping here. Lately its just a chaotic disgusting mess!!! All unorganized and trash scattered about the store. Cant even bother looking at fragrances or beauty care because its so trashed and messy. Sucks lol

I used to like Ross because they carried my teen son's pants since August, but since then, no more. I have to travel to Marshall's Lititz pike just to get them.
