We eat at this place about once a month. Sometimes the food is a hit or miss, I guess depending on which cook is in the kitchen that day but the server that we always end up with is what keeps us coming back. Charlene is awesome! She’s friendly and tries to make our experience the best that she can to her ability. Every time we go now I make sure to sit in her section! She had no problem taking our food back to the kitchen if it’s not right, and she always has a positive attitude. WE APPRECIATE YOU CHARLENE!

Burgers were dry and tasteless, our server got my friends burger wrong twice (it was just a hamburger with lettuce tomato and ketchup) and he had little to no service skills, likely due to the fact that he was also working behind the bar so no blame to him only to lack of staffing.

I left. I went for dinnerA customer asked for plates at the salad bar, the place was busy, the manager brought ot a bought out bought 5 plates and I said is that all. He told me I could help carry them out if they needed them. I waited almost 30 min. To get a beer that I ordered 3 times . Not enough staff. Seemed to be the problemWill not go back

The staff here are always so nice and never had an issue with the food. Sometimes when we come here it’s closed for the day though.

The restaurant voided my buy one get one free and charged my gift card and then wanted me to pay for my free entree.The server ended up having to pay for my free entree very unhappy with the restaurant I will not be buying anymore gift cards for Ruby Tuesday very bad issue for management will be going elsewhere for dinner from now on.

The employee at the bar counter need to learn some manner and respect on treating people. And they have the worst employees and they don't even care how long you wait just to get their attentions, they will just walks past you with attitudes and egos.

Food was GREAT and waitress was a sweetheart but the restaurant is getting more and more run down. The first thing I noticed coming in was the dirty floor. We were seated at a table where the square table top was twisted and did not match the legs. We moved ourselves to a different table. The top layer of the tablecloth was peeled off in big spots. We had to rearrange chairs to find two that weren't wobbly. The whole place needs an overhaul! We love the coupons that make a nice meal super affordable but we fear this place is going belly-up soon!

First time at this location. The staff was professional, attentive, and friendly. The food was good, but the drinks were a little weak.
