S&T has as a whole below average customer service and will absolutely not go out of their way to assist you as a customer. If you’re looking for good customer service I suggest you go elsewhere!

I discovered a fraudulent charge on my account and was basically told there was nothing S&T Bank could do. The representative was extremely rude and offered no solution but instead tried to shift blame to me. I’ve since changed banks. Don’t bank here. I’ve had multiple issues in the short time I’ve been a customer.

I loved Integrity Bank. Then S&T bought it out. The staff is still great, especially Jessica and William. However S&T has been steadily chipping away at the things that I liked about the bank. Closing earlier, more fees, less customer oriented etc... sad

Usually pretty empty. Nice staff. Not the most prompt based on 1 of my 2 visits, but we'll chalk it to a bad day.
