I’m shocked this branch has a 3 star rating. Should be less
I called specifically to see if I could make a check deposit into someone else’s account. I was told as long as I had an active profile I would be able to. So I made the trip in and was told that I in fact es not able to. They rudely asked me if there was a reason why the person couldn’t make their own deposit and any reason I gave was not acceptable.
When I told them I called this branch specifically and spoke with the gentleman and was told I could I was pretty much called a liar.
I’m thankful this is not my bank because no one should ever be treated this way.

This branch is so trash. No matter what time you go there it’s a long wait. Miss the Lititz branch more and more after each grueling Oregon Pike visit 😞

I begin by saying that this review is not a reflection of any individual bank rep as they individually all seem pleasant when you are being served. This earth scorching review is for the branch itself and its parent corporation.
This is the slowest bank I’ve ever encountered. If this was a one time occurrence or a temporary delay due to the bank being short staffed and needing time to get new employees in place, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. Unfortunately, I’ve been banking with this branch for over a year and I don’t believe I have ever gone through their drive-through for something as simple as a check with cash back in less than 20 minutes. And that is if no one is ahead of me.
In my most recent trip, I waited 7 minutes just to be acknowledged by a teller when I pulled up to the deposit tube. Maybe all cameras, call buttons and alerts are disabled at this branch?
It is unreasonable to think that anyone can expect to spend 15-30 minutes at the bank drive-thru every time they frequent their bank. So, I know what you’re thinking…
Go to a different branch right?
If there was more than one anywhere near Lancaster, I would. The Lititz branch closed over a year ago and it appears that they should just do the same with the Lancaster branch and put those poor employees and customers out of their misery. Give them all severance packages and let them stay at home if no one wants to work or management refuses to provide them with sufficient staffing and support.
Shame on everyone for not fixing this ongoing and apparently well documented issue.😡😡😡

Was there to make a transaction that needed a teller. 9 people in line, one teller working while another ignored the line and worked on something else. Left after 20 minutes and only one person had been dealt with. If they are going to close branches, then they need to staff the other branches properly. We’ll be changing our bank after being customers for many years.

They called me and asked me to call back. Tried 6 times and they never answered the phone. This is the second time I've had this happen. They also make you wait to handle a transaction when other banks would handle it immediately.

I needed bank statements and print outs for a family member for medical insurance reasons. I never expected to be met with so much professionalism and compassion. I left this bank not once but twice with everything I needed. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for the care that was taken and for the time that was put into making sure this matter was taken care of. Bailey M. you are a God send. Please continue the amazing customer service, I will never forget the feeling of leaving the bank so grateful for someone’s time and care. You really went above and beyond. Thanks again!

As a business, I would not recommend this bank, honestly I'm not even sure if they would want your business. We tried to open up a simple Business CD, and I was quick to respond and provide information to this branch, but in return, they were slow and poor with communication, and then very vague with their reasoning as to why we could not actually open a CD. They merely said I was "missing information." They did not offer to elaborate as to what exactly I was missing to even give us a chance to submit the information. They simply dismissed us as a customer, even when we would have been a BIG customer. The Cooperate Santander might want to review this branch and see if it is actually working on the best behalf of their own goals as a company. So disappointed with my experience. I do not and will not recommend this bank for personal or business banking.

Last branch in the Lancaster area that is still open and they don't open until 9 am each morning which is not conducive for businesses trying to business bank. Not convenient in location or hours.

I wasted four hours of my time over the course of four weeks trying to take advantage of a personal loan offer they sent me! I visited the branch after phone support wasn't able to help and while everyone seems nice enough, I gave up waiting after two weeks of dealing with the branch directly and trying to give them my business. Problems were blamed on the back office being slow to respond and if that's the case before I give them my business, what about when issues arise after they have it?It's a shame really as this opportunity could've been a gateway to get me to use more of their services and I'm sure the lifetime value of a new client can be thousands of dollars, but I've learned my lesson and won't ever consider them again. I hope you have better luck if you decide to give them your business!

They like to tell liar I'm going to switch to another bank i believe the bank or Costco not let me have my money $ 411 .not gone back into my account there something not right what going on the bank in lititz are worse beware of them

Jennifer was very helpful! She goes out of her way in order to make sure the issue is resolved! This includes a follow up call to say it was taken care of! Very professional, very kind!
