“My son has been attending this center since last September.
At that time, he was a beginner in English, and I was very worried about whether he would be able to get along with other kids. That was nine months ago.

Now, he loves being here and enjoys playing with his friends every day. His amazing teacher, Ms. Lori, is always attentive to each child. She is incredibly kind and hardworking, and my son absolutely adores her. I’ve had two parent-teacher conferences so far, and her feedback has always made me feel reassured. I can truly see how much he has grown.

I’d also like to mention that Ms. Lindsay is a wonderful center director. She always responds promptly to my questions and keeps everything well-organized. Ms. Margo, the assistant director, is one of the outstanding teachers here. She is thoughtful, passionate, and always considerate of each child's needs. Ms. Lisa, the new assistant director, is also very kind and approachable. The center is always clean and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

There are many other amazing staff members as well. Ms. Samantha and Ms. Lydia sometimes tell me about things my son says in English, which always makes me smile at pick-up time. Ms. Dorothy prepares healthy and delicious meals for the children every day.

Our family always looks forward to the photos sent through the app. It's such a great way to get a glimpse into his daily life at the center.

“I highly recommend this daycare to anyone who has little ones that is starting in pre k counts program, this is the go-to school hands down! Mrs. Eden is one of the best teachers my daughter has had this school year. She has learned so much and is their star student!Also, along side with Mrs. Eden there is Ms. Jordan. She is just as great as Mrs. Eden! Both pre K teachers are the best. Communication is great with both of them when it comes to parent teacher conferences or sharing pictures of their day. Even with everything going on with COVID, KinderCare has kept my baby girl safe as far as their protocols for health and safety. Mrs. Eden asked me what goals I wanted to see my daughter achieve this year, and with my daughter confusing her ABC's and 123's, the PreK counts team not only taught her the difference, but taught her much more! She certainly reached that goal to her full potential. She is ready for Kindergarten next year.”

“After a not so pleasant experience at another center (not a U-gro), I moved my son here and I have not been regretful of my decision to do so. It has been good for him, his development and my peace of mind. The teachers genuinely love these kiddos and it is seen consistently in the way that they care for the children. They are communicative if an issue ever arises and work with parents to improve a behavior or situation. They are responsive and consistent. Management is also responsive and engaging. I appreciate the way this center involves the family for extra activities and the live camera footage is also a key selling point. I love being able to tune it any moment during the day to check on my little one and see what he is up to. Overall U-gro has provided consistency for my son (which his last center lacked with frequent turn-over in staff) and developmentally he has been flourishing. My son is now in the Pre-K program and for the first time ever looks forward to “school” and seeing his friends and teachers. U-gro does come at a higher cost than other daycares in the area but you do get what you pay for. Everyone that I or my son have encountered in this center are experienced and professional.”
