Went to this store with my wife for her to try out different scrub pants. The store was clean, very well organized, and the one person on duty (assistant manager Joanie) was friendly, VERY knowledgeable and helpful, and took pride in the appearance of her store. Would recommend anyone needing this product to go see Joanie at Scrubs And Beyond!!

Joanie was exceptionally amazing!! I was in the store for 2 hours and she checked on me every 5 minutes. I heard another customer say she made hoods day!! Thank you for amazing people.

Sindy and Joanie were outstanding! Customer service was above normal. We were just at another uniform store nearby and they were busy unpacking a box and didn’t offer help. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed and shown the new styles by Sindy. Then Joanie followed up with us asking questions and going to get sizes. Such great service, we will be going here from now on!

Great customer service!!! The cashier was so nice and very helpful. Even though the price is a little higher than other stores when it comes to scrubs but they look good and great quality. I went in there with my mom and she was very satisfied with her purchase and we will definitely return for more Lord willing. I would absolutely recommend this place.

If I could give this review 1 million stars I would!! Sindy and Joanie were EXTREMELY helpful!! They always had a smile and were quick on their feet to help me with sizing and colors! As someone new to the medical field I was completely lost on styles and fits and both of them answered all my questions in great detail!! They even enrolled me in the rewards program and helped me order a pair of scrub bottoms that were not currently at the store. Give them a raise ASAP!! Thank you ladies! See ya soon 💜

Exceptional Customer Service from Joanie!
From the moment I walked into the store, Joanie provided outstanding customer service. She greeted me warmly and immediately offered assistance. When I mentioned it was my first time shopping there and that I had just been accepted into nursing school, she was genuinely excited for me and eager to help.
Joanie took the time to find several options of navy scrub bottoms for me to try on, ensuring I found the perfect fit. She also explained the store’s point system and even applied a discount for students, which I truly appreciated. Her knowledge, kindness, and attention to detail made my shopping experience so easy and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for top-notch customer service, Joanie is the person to go to! I’ll definitely be returning because of the amazing experience she provided.

Great place to try different brands and styles of scrubs. Cindy greeted me when I arrived and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. My favorite style and fit ended up being the store brand. Thanks for a great start to my nursing career!
