Shady place. Looks like a regular mom and pop business at first glance. The old guy who works the desk was rushing me to sign agreement. Also asked me if he could write my card number down with the intent to shred later (obviously refused). He originally tried to give me a unit that was already used, master locked and which he had the keys to. So presumably his. So alright, benefit of the doubt says maybe this guy is just disorganized and forgetful. He offered another and I had to ask to have agreement changed to reflect new unit no. of an equivalent unit he showed me, which he then signed off on my receipt (with displeasure). Then email shows that charges that didn't match up to receipt, with the exception of tax. More emails with that don't match original agreement. Absolute scum. Definitely reporting. Avoid this place.

The unit was clean and pest-free but I wouldn’t recommend this storage location. It is conveniently located but hard to get in and out of with a moving truck. When moving out, I called ahead to ask by what date I would need to vacate in order to not be charged for a new month. I needed two extra days so I could move out on the weekend, and was told they would give me two days grace period. When I got to the unit with my moving truck, my code had already been removed at the gate and I couldn’t get in. Once I called to tell them I’d vacated my unit, I was told they wouldn’t charge me another month but were also keeping my security deposit (presumably because of the two extra days). I have been a good customer and always paid on time by automated deduction. I will not use this storage facility again.

DON'T waste your time at this storage unit! Miscommunication at every corner! Switching units is a nightmare too! You'll be told you will pay a certain amount and then once you accept the terms, the price will increase. The passcode system fails at times so, good luck getting your stuff. The owner "Dave" employs an external company to answer the calls so at times, you can't get questions answered or problems fixed. The owner gives you an attitude when you call out the problems on THEIR end and, I constantly had issues with them honoring the contract. Look at the star rating in contrast to the number of reviews... very poor, speaks volumes! If you like being talked to like you're an idiot, move in here, if not, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE PLEASE!!

Overall a great storage facility. I had 2 units more or less for a year. Friendly and considerate staff.

I have had a unit here for several years. My rent was $75 a month for a 10X10. January I received a $10 dollar rent increase. No biggie. I understand that but now in June (just six months later) they increased my rent another $10 with no notice!!! I'm set up on auto pay. They just changed my card without telling me it was increased yet again. The owner is an ass. Complete ass. Doesn't return calls. Didn't send notice. Nothing. They don't value their customers at all and I've been with them for years and years. Very disappointed. Other storage facilities in the area change $75 a month for the same size unit. This place is way over priced. They also have horrible mice problems. Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I know others who used to use this place and they all left due to issues like this.

I’m glad to see so many great reviews. Mine was lousy. I picked my stuff up after waiting to be able to move into our home and found it was infested with mice. Owner told me basically too bad I was never offered insurance because of Covid I never signed anything and he acted like it was not his problem. Here are a few photos. I find it funny he has no response. He responded to all positives.

We have been keeping all our equipment at this site for about 7 years now. Service has been great and always been kept safe. We find that the prices are very reasonable, that's why the facility is always packed.
