On the rare occasion I stop through the drive through, it always takes an excessively long time. I waited over 20m for 2 small items today. No one else was in the drive through and there were not many cars in the parking lot.

This sheetz makes the worst burrito on the planet 🤢 Yuck!!!!🤮 Look at the onion pieces! I felt like I was eating the whole onion. What an insult to good Mexican food! 😪🤦🏻♂️ Shut this thing down! There's no delicacy in their food.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered 3 snack wraps in person and they just decided every other order that popped up on the screen was more important than mine. Literally skipped my order 7x and ignored me when i asked why. To make it worse it’s 3-5 people in the back and only one actually making the food. The other ones just standing. After a ridiculous amount of time and being skipped over and ignored for 30mins, I asked for a refund and left. This was today 4/28/25 at 4pm-430pm

This place is going down hill. Ordered drinks through the drive-thru didn't even get to pay for them while 2 to 3 people walked past the window, we left and went to McDonald's, better service there.

This Sheetz literally didn’t out chicken on a chicken sandwich or a chicken quesarito. I contacted them to get a refund but it takes forever to get in contact with them and in the meantime I’m eating a chicken sandwich with no chicken and a chicken quesarito with no chicken lol. What a bunch of crap

Waited for my order for 30 minutes at the drive through, got home home and was missing two items, called the store and asked for a refund to be processed as i paid by card, was told that they cant process refunds over the phone and that i would have drive the 20 minutes back, i run a small family business and i can process in store refunds over the phone, kinda crazy that a company as large as sheetz cant, thanks for robbing my hard earned money, and thank you to manager Anthony for not giving a shit, order number was #106 on 01/11/25.

There were no sandwich selections at all in the refrigeration section like they normally have. No PB&J, no yogurt, or other sundry items like spicy pickles. It was completely shut down. I then went to get my coffee and tasted nothing but a watery brown mess. This is not the Columbian experience I expected.

Terrible service through the drive through. Employee said for us to pull up to the second window for our food which was an app that takes maybe a total of 5 mins to make and bag which we had ordered ahead of time. We sat at the window for about 10 mins and both employees (this includes the manager) saw us sitting at the drive through window several times and couldn't be bothered to take 2 seconds to just hand the order out. (I am a former shift supervisor of Sheetz back in 2012) So I know how long things should roughly take. A sense of urgency is no longer present which is a shame. Sheetz standards, quality, urgency and many others have been going drastically down hill in the past few years, very sad to know how good Sheetz USED to be and to see how bad it's become and continues to get worse.
