I’ve ordered the same peanut butter milkshake about 12 times from this Sheetz. I always order a large. 4 times now they made a medium, charging me for a large. They’ve graciously remade it, but it’s getting extremely frustrating to have to wait as they redo it.

Been ordering from here for a while and every time something is forgotten. Today they basically only gave me lettuce for a taco salad bowl. They forgot my mtgo wrap, and my soda cup wasn't full. There was more lettuce than chips, toppings, and meat COMBINED. I called the store and whoever answered was super rude, had to physically call sheetz Corp for customer service. Do better.

I came to this Sheetz 4 days in a row and EVERY TIME I went there the Mountain Dew slushy was OUT OF STOCK! Like what kind of customer service is that, RESTOCK YOUR STUPID MACHINES!

On the rare occasion I stop through the drive through, it always takes an excessively long time. I waited over 20m for 2 small items today. No one else was in the drive through and there were not many cars in the parking lot.

This sheetz makes the worst burrito on the planet 🤢 Yuck!!!!🤮 Look at the onion pieces! I felt like I was eating the whole onion. What an insult to good Mexican food! 😪🤦🏻♂️ Shut this thing down! There's no delicacy in their food.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered 3 snack wraps in person and they just decided every other order that popped up on the screen was more important than mine. Literally skipped my order 7x and ignored me when i asked why. To make it worse it’s 3-5 people in the back and only one actually making the food. The other ones just standing. After a ridiculous amount of time and being skipped over and ignored for 30mins, I asked for a refund and left. This was today 4/28/25 at 4pm-430pm
