It was amazing! The manager and show person, Garret, explained things so clearly, demonstrated the beds with unquestionable expertise, and so quickly helped me determine exactly the right bed. Theough interviewing me we found the right bed within 10 minutes. And they both had such winning personalities that made the finalizing and paying such fun! Of course the bed really sells itself but without the wonderful people I could have walked out without engaging!

Ray Barber was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and very patient with the many questions we asked. Choosing the ideal mattress can be an expensive and many faceted decision. Ray made the process much less complicated and much more relaxing so that we could feel confident we made a great decision. We sensed she was genuinely more concerned about our long term satisfaction than simply making a sale.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We were not sure if Sleep Number was right for us. On vacation in Lancaster, so we stopped by just to see what it’s all about. Met Garrett and went through the whole process just for something to do. 40 minutes or so, and we were hooked - the time was well spent, insightful, and helpful. A little pricey, so waited for a sale and Garrett was able to make the whole transaction super easy, even for us being out of state. Highly recommended. Purchased an i8.
