My salesperson was Rebecca Cadd and she was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and had great customer service. The other thing I really liked was she was great with follow up.

A two man crew came out to disassemble my bed, a week later a different crew came to reassemble which they were unable to do they told me the last crew disassembled it the wrong way causing major damage to the bed. So another week goes by they send out another crew with the same problem. Now they tell me it’s my fault. We paid over $10.000 dollars for this bed now they won’t take responsibility for the damage. The replacement parts cost so much I’m just going to get a regular bed. If you schedule a disassemble video everything I got screwed on everything including the $265 reassembly. The bed was fine before they took it apart.

Our first install on our QI8 was botched as the bed was defective and we had to wait ANOTHER 2 WKS.The 2nd delivery was very rushed. They had no cart to get the bed into the building. Thankfully we had one. Otherwise these 2 men would have had to HAND CARRY my $6500 bed up the elevator to the 6th floor. That was not the professionalism we expected. OUR 3RD AND BIGGEST COMPLAINT is they won't cancel the furniture delivery. We found that the bed is not as expected and wanted to get the King instead. I called to cancel the Q Bed furniture expected next week as it obviously is too small. BUT NO! The CSR expects us to keep the furniture because the sale is final? How can it be a final sale if we do not have possession of the furniture? And why did the store sell us the Q Bed furniture for $2100 before we are certain that the bed is what we want? Currently we are being stalled while they pass the buck on who is responsible for the charges on the unneeded furniture. I will probably have to open a dispute with my credit card company. I urge you to wait a beat before you use this company or this store.

The sales rep was awsome. I'm disappointed I had to order my pillow. I would have liked to have been able to take it with me. The last time I did this the pillow that shipped had a lot less filler. I liked the pillow that was at the store

We spent over 2.5 hours with our sales rep, Leo. He gently walked us through the myriad of options. He offered us frequent opportunities so we could talk about what we learned and how it applied to us. He answered all our questions without hesitation. In my opinion, Leo is one of the finest sales reps I've ever met. We are very happy with our choice and are really looking forward to delivery!

Store team was good. This is more about the installation process and lack of follow up. First install attempt was rushed, rude, and not helpful. They were just trying to get to the next stop. The lead installer stated we needed leg extenders, which had never been mentioned before when we bought our sleep number. We were appalled that the installer started the 15m timer since the owner wasn't here, when in fact My wife owns the house too, she was here and I arrived a few min after the install team. In addition I had to make all of the follow up phone calls never receiving calls back. The second install team was great and the extenders were not needed, they provided pictures to dispatch, but again I haven't been contacted. Local store team was good and at least tried to help. Not a great experience considering the cost of your products. I have been in Big box retail for 20 years and have never been more disappointed.

We recently purchased our 2nd Sleep Number bed, they delivered the wrong base for the bed (their cheapest) called customer service, waited on hold for 45 mins. Explained what had happened, rep puts me on hold & I get disconnected. waited for a call back seeing that she had all of my info, no call back. Called again waited on hold for 45 mins, rep tells me no exchanges for 30 days.....are you kidding me???? We've spent ALOT of money at this store!!! I'm livid and will NEVER purchase any further beds from this place!!!!

A very easy and courteous crew. Dan was easy to work with and not pushy at all. We never felt pressured to buy and were given plenty of time to ask questions and try out the various mattresses. Buying with knowledge means no buyers remotes, always a good thing. Would highly recommend!

Great and easy purchasing experience with Dan! Very courteous and knowledgeable about product line, he didn't pressure or try to upsell. Only downside is waiting 6 weeks for delivery but it's understandable.
