So, this Christmas Eve was a real struggle for me, and I desperately needed some meds. I hit dead ends left and right. But the awesome folks at Smithgall’s really came through for me, and I don’t think they even realized how much it meant to me. Without that medication, I was definitely going to get sick, so a huge thanks for being so kind and helping me out this holiday season!

30 years have gone past I’m at home sitting in bed eating a Klondike Bar at 9:30pm and all of a sudden the memories of getting out of school (Reynolds) at 3:15pm and me living on Walnut Street at the time and taking a small detour to the pharmacy, about 8 of us and stopping in to get the best ice cream sandwich in the history of ice cream sandwiches that I have ever tasted. I’m not sure if they still carry them and/ or make them but it had a vanilla wafer on them, it was the highlight to the end of my school day. I couldn’t wait to get to the pharmacy to purchase one, it was homemade I think 🤔, and I would immediately start exploring the outer rims of the sandwich, licking up the parts that started to melt or drip down so it wouldn’t go to waste. The sandwich would last almost 2 whole blocks before I would wish I had another one. 30 years since then, I can’t believe I’m thinking about and wanting them, great memories from a great pharmacy!

I recently had some significant negative experiences with a large chain pharmacy and decided to switch to a smaller private pharmacy. I chose Smithgall. My prescriptions are now being filled quickly. Their delivery service is wonderful -- often same day, and the driver is courteous and kind. When I call with a request or question, the phone is always answered. The person on the line is knowledgeable and very respectful. I was tired of getting jerked around by a giant corporation. And I was really tired of being on hold for 45 minutes or more when I called. If you like personal service, choose Smithgall. Expertise and willingness to answer questions? Choose Smithgall!I love this pharmacy !!!
