The young lady that answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful. I rented online and had some questions. She answered them and set my mind at ease. Easiest process for renting storage. I'm happy to be renting from such an awesome company!

Easiest sign up ever, received our unit and gate code immediately, got our things moved in next day. Lock provided and available first thing in the morning when we pulled up. Unit was extremely clean.

The price is about average for our space but the rent goes up every year sometimes twice a year keep that in mind

The women at the office were so incredible. Truly helped me so much when I was going through one of the worst days of my life. They were so welcoming, patient, kind, reassuring, and helpful. They truly made me feel safe. I will literally recommend Storage Sense to anyone looking for storage in Lancaster !!
