I recently purchased an Epson printer to replace the one that died. I had a question about ink since the new one took a different cartridge. I coulnd't find any staff and went to the cashier. Christelia tried to locate someone to help but no one was around. She left her post (no customers were in sight) to answer my questions. When I checked out she helped me change the PW on the Staples app (it thwarted my numerous attempts to change it the day before). Through out my questions, checking out, and the app problem she was knowledgeable, efficient and very patient. I really appreciated her assistance.

Store opens at 9, doors are locked at 942 and not a soul in sight. Delivery driver saw us waiting by the door and came over to tell us someone won’t be there until after 10/1030.

The cashier who is the only person I had contact was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. My experience was fantastic. The gentleman pointed me to the correct aisle and answered all my questions. I was in and out in no time! Just the way I like it.

We love having a brick & mortar store to shop office products in. The staff go out of their way. I can go from *thought* to in-my-hands in 15 minutes.
