They take longstanding renters who pay consistently month after month to court for eviction because they want a new 30 page lease signed. They claim they want to handle this out if court but sent court papers instead of a letter request the renter come in and sign a new lease so people who have been there for years are forced out because of unreasonable stipulations in the lease and the judge losses patience with the wrong party!!! They play games and have no problem sticking an eviction notice on most of the doors of the container but not a request to contact the office. SMH there are too many storage places around to be subjected to stupidity. Poor business.

I rented 3 units from another competitor for the last 10 years. The cost was $540. I rent two 8x40's from Steel Safe Storage, doubling the amount of space as the other 3 combined, and it only cost me $268 a month for both units! I save $272 a month! I highly recommend Steel Safe Storage!

Contact Joe about obtaining a storage container....our experience was FANTASTIC! Not only did he listen to what my husband wanted but he was very courteous. He is a man of his word....gave us several times to pick from so he can deliver container. He is all about customer satisfaction. If I ever had to purchase another container I would not hestitate...I would definitely use SteelSafe Storage again without a doubt. On a scale from 1 to 10 I give this company a 20 based off of our experience.
