This place has the worst customer service in my opinion. The person I spoke to on Friday 11/24/23 was not the best but ok. However the woman I spoke to today monday 11/27/23 was rude, aggressive and unfit to be receiving calls from customers.

I am on vacation and have a mobility scooter. The car we were doing I needed a wheelchair. I called these people to rent one. They gave me a price of $40 which I thought was very expensive then when they needed to give me a larger one they charge me $50 to rent it for six hours, I compared places in the neighborhood within 10 miles or less and everybody’s going rate was $25-$30 I feel they took it vantage of me because they knew I could not use my scooter. I’m not sure I would never do business there again don’t let them know that you’re in a jam

Away on vacation in Lancaster and this place was so helpful with replacing our missing piece for cpap machine. Very grateful. Huge thank you for excellent communication and quick delivery from reading location to Lancaster (Barbara you are the best!!!).

Appalled that I told them can't have pre lubed catheters called in a new order Monday was told get call back never received one so called them back only have pre lube never marked on my account they got attitude said need today drive to west reading will try to have Monday after reading other reviews save yourself the drama tell doctor someone else they just don't seem to realize how important supplies are for people and are very cold I'm in shock that they get away with amateur mistakes that can cost someone their life and they don't care I'm calling back to see do they even have an office manager ill find out they need to be investigated

Very poor customer service. Always with and attitude. Specially the younger lady she acts like everything out yo yhe patients comes out her pocket. The older white lady is a bit nicer sometimes I feel like she just copies what she sees. Very poor customer service. Just wish I didn't have to go there and deal with them.

I have never experienced the indifference this place has for customers. I ordered equipment in October after a sleep test. It is now August. I have contacted them several times for equipment. I have been told the person I need is out, the order you submitted was shipped, there is no record of your order, etc. I had to have them mail it to me the last time. This is years of customer review here. No change. It is unfortunate.

Been there a few times because of tendinitis to get splints, and they were always very helpful. let me try on the one i needed to make sure it fit and exchanged it if it didn't. Called last night about a splint, and while the price was high their splints are quality so I'm going to be getting one from them come Monday. The staff on the phone was nice and even suggested other options for places for me to get a splint because theirs was $80 without insurance. While they may not always be super enthusiastic they are always well-mannered and helpful!

The store's associate was very rude. She gave me an attitude because I didn't have a mask. I understand there was a sign on the door, but I just thought they could give me one. Every other place I've been to they always give me one and I will happily wear one. She refused to give me one and started giving me attitude. All the while, she wasn't wearing a mask! Definitely switching to a different oxygen supplier.

Awful experience, lady in front was extremely rude, didn't acknowledge or greeted me and while on the phone with someone else she was telling me that insurance didn't cover the diagnosis exposing private information. I will never set foot there again. Too bad they are the closest medical supply to the hospital. I highly recommend a customer service training ASAP.
