My experience at Tangles was wonderful. I recently moved back to Lancaster from MA and leaving my stylist of almost 10 years, I was in desperate need of finding a new stylist. After doing some research I decided to try Tangles. The Salon and their staff were very nice. Despite being extremely nervous, I felt very comfortable and at ease with Diana. She did an amazing job matching my hair color and styling my hair. Absolutely LOVE the results and am so excited and blessed to have found my NEW stylist, Diana!!!! Have my appointments booked with her through the end of year.

First time customer, my daughter and I had a girls afternoon. Scheduling is easy, parking is easy, place is welcoming, bright with lots of windows and clean. Diana did our hair and we could not be happier. We will be going back, we were treated like treasured guests

I’ve been going to Jenn for years, and she’s truly the only person I trust with my hair. Her highlights are always perfectly blended and natural-looking, which makes the grow-out so much easier. The color is consistently spot-on. My teenage girls love going to see her to, she always does a great job cutting and styling their hair. Jenn’s attention to detail, friendly and down to earth personality are what keep us coming back.

Jenn is a master at her craft! If you are looking for a hairstylist who not only cuts hair beautifully and precisely, but is excellent at color and highlights, she’s your girl! I can’t say enough about who she is as a stylist and a person! I always enjoy our conversations. She is beyond talented and a beautiful person inside and out. She does magic on your hair and you walk out feeling like a million bucks! I personally always walk out of their feeling better than when I came in and my hair looks fabulous every single time.

Most women know the dread of having to find a new hair salon. Well, that was my situation upon my recent move to Lancaster, PA. I googled salons close to my location but was not sure if I would like them or not, so I started asking family. My daughter-in-law suggested Tangles as her and her sisters get their hair done there. I was happy to find it in a beautiful older home, not a boring strip mall or boxy stand-alone salon. Plenty of parking in the back, I walked around to the front and was greeted with the most beautiful interior decor. The atmosphere was light, friendly, professional and welcoming. When I made the appointment, I was asked if I had any stylist in mind, and I explained that I was new to the area, what I was looking for and that I had heard great things and saw the reviews and just had her book me with whomever she thought would be a great fit. She nailed it. Maddie met me with a smile on her face. I liked her in an instant and felt confident right away. I showed her some pictures and explained my hair situation. She listened and then offered suggestions. We settled on a plan and she executed it perfectly! She suggested some products for me to purchase to help get my hair into better condition and I set up my appointment for 6 weeks. One of the great things is that they let you put your tip on your credit card. (My old salon did not allow this, and it was such a hassle to make sure I hit the ATM and get enough money out before my appointment). They offered water or coffee and often asked if there was anything else I needed. I'm thrilled with my new salon and look forward to going back!
