JANE, one of the elderly employees seems so bothered to have to check me out. I did not receive a single greeting, she did not tell me my total and was too bothered to lift her head and say anything to me. Very disappointed in this but since everyone seems more open with their racism now, perhaps she feels free to behave this way. Gross.

I used to regularly enjoy shopping at Target for the convenience of store pickup for years but will not be back. I am disappointed to hear how Target is rolling back diversity initiatives which tells me all I need to know about a company and how they probably treat their employees just to turn huge profits. We’ve happily begun shopping at Costco and other local small businesses and will be doing so for the foreseeable future

Stopped in to buy some fresh pet dog food and grab some other groceries. The fresh pet fridge was completely empty but the target website said it was in stock. Finally found some “help” and they looked at my phone, said it was an inventory error and walked away. I placed an in store pick up when I got back to the parking lot just to confirm my suspicions that this person was full of it and got an email 2 hours later it was ready for pick up. If people just kind of do their job it’s the difference of a business making $60-80 net sales and on a random target trip to someone leaving annoyed, spending no money at target, having to drive the Weis to get the dog breakfast tomorrow and leaving a google review.

You can buy things because they have items to purchase, so, three stars. However, this Target is Walmart flavored. Don't know how else to put it. So, -2 stars.

Overall the store is very clean and well kept with many items well stocked and organized. The customer service is helpful and friendly. Sometimes the bathroom can be quite messy.

Unfortunately, my friends advised me to shop at Target and I actually went shopping and bought an Xbox Series S, but I was scammed and deceived by them. I am sad that they did this to me. They are not honest. It was a very, very bad experience and I contacted them to review my problem, but they did not respond 😭😭😭😔I don't know, maybe they took advantage of the fact that I don't speak English well. I don't know.😓😩😔😔

When ordering online they always give you the stuff they know people aren’t going to buy in store, such as damaged or expired products. My mother got some sirloins online today and they expired yesterday, absolutely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. Not the first time it’s happened either, they give us damaged products almost every time we order online.

Snarky, condescending and rude staff. Check out/ cashier folks also are rude and not enough lanes open..Recurring theme of employess thinking they are privileged over customers.
Clean store though and well stocked.

Only one register open and no self check available during the middle of the day. Really slow to check out.

Target offers a variety of adorable products, and the staff is usually very helpful. However, the online order pickup process leaves much to be desired. I've had multiple instances where I placed an order, only to be informed hours later that the items were out of stock. While I understand that stock issues can happen, the system seems to have flaws. Overall, it detracts from an otherwise pleasant shopping experience.

Always loved Target but having all self check out as 10 items or less (and card only) and then only having 1 register open for everyone else is absurd.
Additionally the self checkout guy was incredibly rude to my 11 year old son (who was attempting to make a purchase with gift cards and cash). It’s literally his job that he’s paid to do and he was so inconvenienced. I definitely think this dude needs a different job. Disappointed. We’ve gone to the covered bridge drive target for years but it is turning into a huge disappointment.

The store itself is stocked well. Didn't have exactly what I was looking for and had a confusing layout and not a lot to help direct me where I wanted to go. Ended up, wondering around a bit, looking for what I wanted.
Most of that is okay, and I wouldn't rate that low for just this. What was the cherry on top was when I asked an employee by the name of Aaron for help locating what I wanted. He refused to listen to me the first several times I asked for his help, and when he did he told me it was "over there" and when I said I didn't know where "over there" was (halfway across the store). he looked at me like I was stupid, and I ended up asking for help from a customer(Sylvia) she was fantastic and helped me the best she could. Overall. not an ideal experience, and I won't be returning here. please refer to your staff. thank you!

Its Target. Good staff, great selection. Some things are even well priced. Location is phenomenal as well.
