Going to The Shops at Rockvale today was a waste of gas and time. One entire building was empty. We never got out our car to shop. Rockvale needs to be leveled.

The place is a ghost town. There is nothing like it was 10/20 years ago. The stores are gone!

Sad, I hope they can turn it around. At least centralize the stores that are left. To at least make it more convenient for the customers

Love these shops and the other shops in the general area. Lots of parking, which is great, especially during gift giving season! Plus, you’re in the middle of an Amish centric place and culture, which for most folks is a cool learning experience and general exposure to a sub culture many have heard of, but few are familiar with.

It is so so sad what has happened to rockvale outlet. It was built in the 1980s and was the place to go for all of your shopping needs. People from Philadelphia to New Jersey and New York would come to rockvale particularly in the summer to purchase school clothing for their children and to buy designer clothes for themselves at half the price then they could where they live. Then Tanger outlet was built just down the road from rockvale and it has taken the outlet shopping market.Sadly, almost all of rockvale stores are gone and their major plans in the works to convert it to mixed-use shopping and living.A large piece of Lancaster history will soon disappear. To me Rockvale Outlet was always better than Tanger. Tanger is congested and also very very expensive.
