Wow! I found the perfect present for my husband. I am amazed how busy this store is. The cashier's line wrapped around twice, and up the nearest merchandise line. The cashier's are super pleasant even though they never had a break to breathe between ringing up the next customer.

Yes my wife and I went to tj max on Nov 9 and she try to explain to Melissa that the female bathroom was a mess and she completely said she's dealing with a costumer and never came to talk to my wife she has poor costumer relationship and gave my wife a face when she went pass her

I arrive before 9 PM with a disability and I am picking out clothes for A job interview. The woman over the speaker says that they close in a half hour and will open tomorrow morning so I hurry and grab things that I would like to try on and I head over to the fitting room only to find out that the fitting room actually closes at nine so I, drove in here with a disability for no reason and nobody had the courtesy of saying Something like normally we don’t allow this, but I see that this could be help you let me see if I can open the room for you. Very disappointed and hurt. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Ridiculously small men's clothing department + very limited selection. The Women's clothing department has 5 times the amount of clothing compared to Men's.

The second time going in felt defeated looking for something for my son. The first time was just a simple belt and their best advice was to go somewhere else to find it. Today went in looking for a simple pair of black jeans for my son and the associate was rude and not helpful. Suggested going elsewhere to find him pants. I see your store is not in the business of making money if you shift your customers elsewhere. Very disappointed.
