This store has by far 1 of the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. After working in retail again, I realized just how important customer service is + that every customer should be greeted/acknowledged. Every time I've been in this store, the employees never acknowledge me. They don't greet me, they don't ask how i'm doing or if I need help with anything. Instead, they're busy talking to each other and focusing on doing whatever task they're working on.
It's even more unprofessional knowing that a majority of the employees that work here are older females. I'm always hesitant to stop by because I always feel as if some of the female employees act as if they're better than you. Otherwise, I love their clothing and accessories + would love to shop in here more often.

Went out shopping with my family for the first time in a year here. I wish I could say it was a pleasant experience but it was anything but. We were at the counter and my mom gave my sisters discount card as she works for the corporate office and the cashier asked for help since he wasn't familiar with it. The woman who helped him was extremely condescending and nasty to my mother. Asking her for names and what office my sister worked in as if she stole the card. I will never shop here again training is needed. Extremely poor management and dealing with customers.

Took a phone call with lines of people and only 2 cashiers. 5 minute call at the register of someone shopping by phone.
