I had a friend recommend the Roseville location to me. I needed a pedi something FIERCE. Called ahead, they got me in within 15 min of my timeslot (okay w me I was a few min late). I believe it was Kim who helped me into my chair and asked me what I wanted & we discussed price & then we decided what to do! She set me up with another tech and it was a basic pedi with 2 acrylic “big toes” and regular gel for the rest. 10/10 recommend! I’ve had horrible times at places and this was not even close.

An older senior lady with glasses did my pedicure (she couldn’t see or was in too much of a rush to see or maybe she didn’t care) a younger girl (child) did my manicure because I requested for someone else to do my manicure because I was not satisfied with my pedicure. It was my very first time; I left more depressed than when I arrived. I figured I’d have a relaxing day which turned out horribly. I had to file a few of my toenails because the gel left them a bit rigid; I also had to go around a couple of cuticles to clean them up.
