I was in to get gas and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes was not noticed by the employee that was at register looking on her cell phone then looked up at me after minutes didn't say any thing ..if u work retail u should not have phone on u! js

Tried to use the SmartRewards app for gas, as it's currently a 20cent discount. The app worked fine, but the pump wouldn't turn on. Asked a guy who was going in to please ask them to turn it on, he said they told him "the screen is broken, you have to pay inside". I went inside and was told that the app isn't working "probably". Is it the app, or the screen at the pump?? He asked how much I want - I don't know, I'm filling up AND this eliminates the app discounted price. I left and went elsewhere. Employees here (not all) are largely unhelpful and less than congenial. This is definitely not the "premier" store in the area.

I was there two days ago...haven't been there in Over a year...it was actually nice and clean and organized. As far as the cashiers go....they have this miserable look on their faces. It was a Spanish women and blk woman....both very unfriendly. Not good for business. Imjs..

I used to work at that turkey hill and it's a good place and it's clean and I appreciate that player just some people come in there and they act funny and be rude but people can overcome that but this Turkey Hill was okay

This turkey has one employee name Connie ( by far the worst ) . Who needs to be FIRED !!!!! She has terrible customer service , she is a bad representation of Turkey Hill as I company . She frequently lies about turkey hill policies and protocols. HQ needs to crack down on this place , she’s too old to be a liar it’s disrespectful. Lost a customer for life ?
