I had a really surprising experience yesterday. I needed fuel for my Jeep. The pump was not accepting cards. I went into the store a little bit irritated, but the clerk made me forget that I was disgruntled. She had a really great attitude. She greeted everyone, sincerely, and when I left, she told me (not her exact words) to take care until next time. She said this to everyone as they headed out the door. She smiled the whole time. Cracked some little jokes. Another clerk was cleaning up, trying to keep the store presentable. I can't say it's the best looking store or the cleanest store, but the clerk's attitude made me forget that. I wish I had gotten her name.

I was first at the register and got ignored by the guy at the register and he attended someone else instead. Just ratchet ppl and slow service

Horrible service. Closed early on Friday March 15. Other customers tried the doors even before I did. There was a lady who knocked on the doors. 2 clearks were closing out the register and the door waslocked. The woman yelled and asked what time they closed. The clerk said 10 PM. I held up my phone and showed it was only 9:51 She just shrugged her shoulders, ignored us and went back to work. That really is deplorable behaviour. The employees should be disciplined.

Associate refuses to answer the store phone. Watched her ignore the phone while it was ringing off the hook.

Employees barely recognize your existence. Tonight, I got rung up without any words from the clerk. He had earbuds in and was watching something on his phone as he checked me out. A very simple "hello" or "have a good day" would be nice. Always seems like you're bothering them.

Was at the turkey hill on west market [the city] was shown on their web site open till 12. Went at 11:52 and was held up by Bonnie stating the store was closed. I called. I go there everyday, i knew she was being lazy. The other cashier instructed me to come back they were not closed. I get back at 11:57, bonnie is now holding the door shut after the other cashier stated i could come back. I show Bonnie it is not 12... She continues to yell well i have no money in my drawer.

I was charged for an extra lottery ticket I never got. I bought three I got charged for four. I basically got robbed for ten dollars, I called the store and got the run arround. Be careful or they will RIP you off to double check your receipt.
