I was charged for a "missing" dolly when I clearly returned it to the main lobby. Expect to see me this coming week when you reopen for business. I'll take you to court if I'm not refunded what was mistakenly taken from me.

I came here to rent a U-Haul truck today and was told that unless I had a reservation he didn’t want to deal with any U-Haul related rental stuff because apparently he had cars he had to work on. If you’re not Going to rent out U-Haul’s to customers why offer the service? Sounds like you need to hire more help or just not offer U-Haul rental services if your going to pick and choose when you want to rent trucks out.

Only complaint would be very small signage. Wasn't too sure if we were in the right place at first. However the staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the process very easy.

I come in and the dude working has his feet on the desk, and theres customers in there already. He sees me and he dont take his feet down. I tell him I made a reservation online and this dude gets soo annoyed like how dare I try and make him do his job. He says, "oh we dont have anything available." No sorry, nothing. And his feet never come down! And he's awkwardly close to the little desk so his knees are bent out to the side super wide. This man is propped up on his chair like a gargoyle. He might still be up there to this day. And also, CLEAN YOUR FISH TANK DUDE!
