Definitely the worst experience that I've ever had with a phone repair business. The whole thing was a literal migraine but to top it off, my phone was GIVEN to SOMEONE ELSE...I brought my phone in last Saturday (10/28) because it kept freezing and restarting... I had to leave it overnight and the next day when I called to see if it was ready, I was told yes it is and I can come pick it up. I got there about 40 minutes later only to be told that my phone wasn't actually ready and when I said "whoever answered my phone call earlier told me that it was ready" he responded that I had talked to him, but that Samsung emailed him in a panic because something else needed fixed (or something to that effect). Was told it should only be about 30 more minutes. I left and then returned another 35-40 minutes later and this time the same employee told me that he accidentally gave my phone to someone else (someone who had a very similar phone). He said something like "don't worry, I talked to him and he's on his way back here with your phone" ...but how can I not worry? I keep all of my personal information on my phone. And although it kept freezing and restarting, it was still able to turn on and was usable?? I didn't flip out, I wasn't nasty, I get that mistakes can happen. But that's something that SHOULDNT happen. Its called being CARELESS. I trusted this business with something very personal and that trust was broken. My husband and I tried calling the next day to speak with the owner (he wasn't in) so we left our phone number with the employee who answered the phone and told him it was really urgent, but a week has gone by and no response from owner so thats why im leaving this review a week late. BTW, I did get my phone back after another 30-40 minutes of sitting in the store waiting, but, still, I would NEVER recommend this particular ubreakifix asurion.EDIT: still no response from owner even though he has been active on his google business page

I went to the store back in October and paid $404 dollars because I was told by this store that my Assurion Warranty with invalid to replace my phone. I was told that they had to replace everything including the back housing which is purple. According to the owner of the store my phone was dropped and a line is now on the screen. I was also told they only had only black and blue housing in stock. I said that was fine. I came out with my same purple housing. The owner now claims I am a liar. I have no reason to lie. I paid the money and did not get the product I paid for. He had nothing but excuses for that. They mislead me totally. I would never go to this company again. I am upset that I feel I was misled. I will eat the cost of this phone but never would I ever go to this company again.

Brought my mom here to fix her cracked phone screen in July 2023. We were both impressed with the attentive customer service we received. Her phone was fixed within a couple of hours. Later the same week, my phone suffered water damage (it was a bad week for phones in our family), and I returned to this location even though it was a bit farther than another location. Phone was ready for pick-up the next morning and in perfect working order.

The screen on my S21 Ultra cracked and the liquid glass company that guaranteed the screen sent me to Asurion. Kevin had my device fixed and out the door in 1.5 hours. He was polite and professional. I highly recommend this shop!

Fantastic screen replacement of my Samsung Galaxy S9+. Works like new... the screen came in within 2 business days and the replacement was quicker than expected (an hour and a half instead of 2). Do recommend!

The employees are so nice! Very helpful! Verses buying a new phone they have saved me twice along with all my pictures etc! I need to stop dropping my phone. I highly recommend them!

I have a iPhone 11pro and my charger stopped working. I took it in to have it checked and they cleaned it for me and got it back to working. They told me that if it continued, then I might need to have the port replaced. Sure enough, it stopped charging again so I took it back. I came in at 6 (they close at 7) and met Max and Sebastian. Sebastian checked me in and was great at getting my concern down. Max said he would do his best to get me done that evening but if not, I could pick up next day. I really needed my phone because I was traveling to Virginia the following day. Max was awesome and was able to get it done in time for me! He had me out the door in 50 minutes! Thank you so much guys for getting me all fixed up!

Great, prompt attention and service. My problem with my cell phone was resolved in less than an hour. I didn’t even know this repair place was there, but now I do and highly recommend it for technology repairs.

Amazing service! I was searching battery replacement for a Pixel 4XL. Started filling out a form to get a quote. Next thing I new I had an email saying they scheduled an appointment. I had a shipping label I could print. All I was trying to do was get a quote. So I emailed back apologizing for creating an appointment and asked for the cost of a battery replacement. This was around 10PM. Within minutes I got an email response telling me that it was covered by google(a known issue) and that it was a free replacement. I also saw that they were located 10 minutes away from my work. The next day I dropped it off. Super friendly. Same day it was repaired. Works great. I know I didn't have to pay anything for this fix but when I do I will bring my electronics here. The phone looked perfect when it was returned to me. Great communication. I would highly recommend and will use again.
