Constant issues with this franchise location. I’m directed by whichever entity to print up label and return item. They ALWAYS need for me to buy extra and are pretty damn ignorant

I took a very important envelope in to be mailed after I made copies of paperwork that had to accompany the envelope. I handed it to the woman behind the counter who put it in a drop box to go out in the mail. That was 2 months ago and I just received notice that it never reached its destination. This was to renew my medical assistance coverage because I am a cancer patient on disability who gets medical assistance to help cover my bills. Now my coverage has been cancelled because the assistance office on Manor Street never got the paperwork back. It included copies of my social security paperwork and my bank statement. I’m furious and now I have to straighten everything out which will take time. Plus I have to cancel doctors appointments because I can’t afford the copays without my medical assistance. This was important paperwork that I trusted them to mail for me.

I have been working with them since 2017, & have to say we have never had a single issue. This family business is owned by hard-working, honest people who always greet you with a smile & treat you fairly no matter how small or large your business is. I give a well deserved 5 stars wishing them years of continuous success.

Chase was very rude and unfriendly. He had poor customer service not only to me but the customers who were waited on before me. Avoid this UPS location.
