MUST READ ⭐️ They can do so much and even with challenging projects, they’ll work hard to make my vision happen. This is especially true with Justin. Did you know you can do so much more here than just mail packages? You can easily handle Amazon returns, get a passport photo, print STUNNING images at a fraction of the cost with their insanely amazing printers, create business brochures, banners and so much more. I’ve been coming here for years. *great options *great service *great prices.Today I picked up prints for an art wall I’m making. (See image. That’s just one of many. I will update once I have them all up) I emailed the images and instructions and Justin took care of everything exactly as I wanted.If you haven’t explored what they have to offer, you’re missing out. :)

Justin, your employees have been incredibly short with us. Terrible customer service. We called to ask for help finding a package lost between drop off at your store and return to Amazon. Rick answered the phone and told me he was short staffed and couldn’t help today. I totally understand and asked when a good time would be to come in for help. He said “give me the time.” So I asked how much time he needs… when would be a good time to call back? He shouted “give me the time” repeatedly and then hung up on me. My husband dismissed it and said, “that’s just how Rick is.” Yikes.The issue wasn’t whether or not he was able to help us. It was him. The issue was him. He is consistently bad with customers. He treated my husband the same way when he came in in person to ask for help for something else.

The woman helping with my shipping needs was less than interested in helping me with my shipping needs. It was difficult to have a conversation for my intended shipping needs and communication in general was like a foreign language. The do not recommend this location for your shipping needs if you’re looking for staff who’ll want to assist you with common professional etiquette. Go somewhere else for care and concern…

I am elderly and required help with an Amazon return and my phone. They were disrespectful and rude. I was embarrassed that I didn’t know what to do. I usually go to another store fortunately that always assists me. I will never return to this location and will tell everyone to do the same. Shame on you ?

Very very shady place!!! It should not even have one star. They will rip you off. They did it to me twice. Once was a few months ago. The next time was just recently. Never again! First time they said that the box that I was mailing wasn’t good enough, even though it was a small normal box. Charged me for a new one, and made me take my old one with me saying that they were not going to pay to trash it. Keep in mind that the box was just a square box less than a foot. The next time I went they said that the box was not taped so they charged me $1.00 for them to tape it. It used to be a good store. They must of changed ownership or got extremely poor management in. Maybe both. I will never go back!!! To the owner… I see you have more one star reviews. If you want people to stop posting 1 star, maybe , you can try to fix all the problems, instead of keep posting all these reasons . I feel that is the only way to stop getting one star reviews. If you keep getting one star reviews you are going to lose more customers, and maybe your business. This advice is to help you. However, I still will never come back. PS Also, when I was at your store, and said that I was never coming back, I was just told “ok” by the manager . It was said in away that he could care less. I want to go to a place that cares about having customers.

I have been a customer at this UPS store for several years, and have needed simple, straightforward services at times, and at other times have needed complicated services. I am very happy with the work of the employees at the store. In fact, I am amazed at the variety of skills and knowledge they have. The employees are often very busy. They are in great demand. Many times they have truly gone above and beyond for me.

I go into this location almost weekly to drop off packages. I have never had an issue. In fact, I find the staff friendly and always willing to assist me. I had a very nice young man named Gavin help me last week. He ran to the door to help me with an oversized box that I was struggling with. It is nice to see that customer service is still important to some businesses.

What they say about this location manager is true. Most condescending and unaccommodating person that I have ever met in customer service. The other employees who were there when my kids and I came in were trying their absolute best to be as helpful as possible and answered my questions perfectly fine on their own. I am not sure why the manager felt the need to step in. Left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will be avoiding this location indefinitely moving forward. I feel bad for the employees who have to endure this type of work environment with a rude manager.

If you need to send a mail order return ups and you already have a label and packaging this is fine. If you care about your stuff and need it packed special or in a custom sized box / by professionals, sadly this is not the place. I was moving and needed valuable musical instruments shipped. The employee helping me rushed me along and was more interested in making sure they were done in 40 minutes when the store closed than making sure my items were properly packed or they had the proper level of insurance. To no one’s surprise my instruments arrived completely broken on the other end, without any packaging and annoyingly without the insurance I was told I had. they also took days to pack and ship them from when I dropped. Completely unacceptable if you ask me.

I went in to return my Amazon packages like I have multiple times and now there’s apparently a kiosk for it. The employee who worked there was so nasty and rude. He spoke to me as though I work there and should know what to do. I asked for the Manager who was just as rude as he was.
