Rude, wouldn't listen, rough and fast. My mom's regular manicure took twice as long. I went to get my calluses and cuticles removed. She pretended to cut my cuticles. There was no skin being removed. She barely touched my calluses when I asked her to do more, she slapped my foot and said it was fine.
