Picked up my first Rolex from AD today. Rolex Yacht Master 40mm Blue Dial. This is the first of many purchases from VMB. Damon got the watch I had been looking for much faster than I thought it would take. Pictures do not do it justice but I included them.
I would highly recommend these guys over the other local ADs. They have my business for sure going forward on all of my Rolex purchases. Can’t stress enough how much better they are here than the other local ADs. Literally a night and day difference.

All staff are very helpful. Cater to the wants and desires of the customers to get you exactly what you want. Give good and honest feedback on jewelry and if it fits your wants or needs. They don’t try to just sell you items, they help you make informed decisions and are prompt with responding to messages whether it be email or over the phone.

My wife and I recently visited VMB jewelers. It was completely out of the blue. We were extremely satisfied with our visit. They have an excellent collection of jewelry. We went in not knowing exactly what we wanted but the sales assistants helped us a great deal in picking out the right piece for us. Damon is great agent! He is extremely knowledgeable and a very friendly person overall. He took his time to help us out. Infact everyone at VMB is very friendly and I can see they take pride in providing excellent service to their customers. Felt very different compared to shopping in a store at the mall, in a good way! Being the AD for David Yurman they have one of the biggest collection. Surely VMB will be our go to place!!

We recently discovered this wonderful family run business and we knew immediately we had found a special place. The staff is so friendly and even though we were new customers they made us feel like we had shopped here for years. On our first visit we were greeted by Lindsey and she was such a pleasure to work with as we explored ring upgrade options for our 20th anniversary and browsed all of the incredible watches on display. She introduced us to Mona and Damon who were just as great to work with and made us feel at home. A special thank you to Damon for his help with an incredible birthday timepiece. I had purchased two gold and silver bracelets while with my partner in Egypt this year. The one clasp was not always staying locked. I have used Vanscoy for other purchases so took the bracelet to them to see if they could fix the clasp. They were extremely helpful when I took it in and even made the repair to it free of charge. That shows me how valuable their customer service is to me!
