You can't try on watch. They told me to go to Best Buy and try it on :(. Offered a special on watch. Then, said no you need to buy phone too. Said they can't accept trade in, then when I broke down and ordered online a trade in at Verizon stores or mail in option was available. I was going to just bite the bullet at the store and buy the new watch without trade in and then the sales person said we actually don't have any of those watches in the store. I had an awful time with new watch activation with my last 2 watches through Verizon. I really wanted to do a setup in the store. I really hope that the activation on the one I ordered online doesn't take days to a week and 10 plus hours to get a good activation!

They are pirates. Never thought that I’d say I got better customer service at Xfinity. The only way to get the customer service you deserve is by submitting a complaint with the better business bureau.

Rude! My daughter went to pick up her phone yesterday and I could hear the woman “helping “ her. She just ended up leaving and I recommend you save yourself the time and go to a different store.
To management:
Now cue the “this isn’t our standard of customer service” response.
You have a 3 rating, it obviously is the standard at this store.

Got a tablet online and went to pick it up. Planned to purchase screen protector and case ..couple hundred dollars. Couldn't even get a single employee to acknowledge my presence. I understand being with a customer, but a simple acknowledgment would have been nice. At this point I'll just go and order it online and have it shipped to me directly. This store is a joke. I've been a Verizon customer for well over 10 years. Probably time to go to T-Mobile or AT&t

I reported my phone lost. I forgot to get my service shut off when I went to rehab. I was about to pay for it, expecting to pay for the months of service for my mistake. Verizon sent it to collections after adding almost $1000 to my bill. I requested an itemized breakdown. They never sent it through mail nor email, like they said they would.
At this point, I am disputing this with the credit agencies. They have absolutely lost a lifelong customer until THEY RESOLVE THIS. I have tried other cell phone companies and always come back. I feel like this is an abusive relationship and I won't have it.

Horrific Customer Service. After being on the phone multiple times with customer service they told me that I needed to go in store to fix an order being lost by UPS. Now I had surgery today and it was very odvious as I cannot talk. I walked in to the store and explained the best I can with barely any voice and instead of helping, he gave me a phone to call customer service myself. When I explained that Verizon customer service told me to go in store he said "They will tell you anything to go away doesn't mean they are telling the truth." Absolutely worst experience hands down with customer service ever. I am still trying to fix the issue with Verizon too.

Horrible Service from Newer Employee.
I have had amazing service with reps over the phone and when I signed up with Verizon however today was very different.
I came in with my 3 year old and the service was horrible. A customer and I were both waiting our turn. I walked in before him but he was asked by the employee what he needed first. Then that same employee (a heavier set man who looked new) was completely unhelpful when he did ask me why was there. I said I have insurance but is there a way to pull data from my broken phone. He asked if I had tried backing up the storage myself and I said I don’t know if the cable I used worked could you try plugging it in here or look into other alternatives. He then said I don’t have any special tools and suggested I go somewhere that repairs phones. He began to help someone else and towards the end of their conversation I mentioned I had one more question. He must have not heard me and began asking the next customer in they needed help after he finished talking with the other customer even though I was still waiting there with my 3 year old.
To be helpful he could have paid more attention to who walked in the store first, plugged in my phone just to see if it would turn on, then should’ve looked at my account and directed me to a repair store that my insurance would’ve covered because I had no idea where to go.
I walked out of that store crying, feeling ignored, and that nobody wanted to help me while I was overwhelmed with my 3 year old who had been running around the store.
Everyone else that had been working there since March aside from the female who I had never met had been helpful in the past but this newer employee just doesn’t seem to care about the customer experience or was trying to make commission. Moving forward please hire better employees.
I plan on sending a email to corporate as well and if the service is the same way next time I come in I will be switching providers at the end of my contract.

This was the worst experience I've ever had as a consumer. The employee was rude, dismissive, and unqualified. We were switching to Verizon Wireless and his answers to our questions were inconsistent and unclear. We agreed to the transfer anyway, but an hour after we left the store we got a text from Verizon that the numbers were not ported over. It took another 60 minutes on the phone with the old carrier and Verizon to finally get connected. Obvious transfer steps like taking out the old sim card and simply going to settings to confirm the new service were not done in the store. He was only interested in selling the plan and getting us out the door.

Went to Verizon yesterday around 2:00, our name was put on a list in a queue, which stated we were #3. We were passed by numerous times while people coming in after us was getting waited on before us. When I spoke up saying we were to be #3, an employee told me he was in on his day off and he was taking people that would be a quick fix. Not even knowing what our problem was. We finally got waited on at 3:20 and our issue took 7 minutes. So to the staff and individual who told us he was in on his day off and only taking quick fixes. You messed up big! Would not recommend this Version store. Store manager and young man who was in on day off was rude, and not professional at all.

Horrible. Very curt and rude. Didn't explain anything really. Did activate my phone but when an associate slaps another on their ass and laugh. Just so unprofessional. Won't ever use that store again.

Soooo rude. Can't answer any of our questions. Waiting now in the store because if we go wait in our car we get kicked out of line.
All we want is to move data from old phone to new one we just bought from Verizon. It costs $30 to port data. It's a 35 to 40 minute wait according to rude dude.
Nope, don't bother visiting this store !
It's a rip off store with fees to do everything and the employees should be FIRED !!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE !!!!!!!!!!!

Stay away!
I was treated disrespectfully, lectured about the internet, and told that I was misinformed. I'm a senior citizen with advanced degrees yet I was made to feel ignorant and mentally incompetent. There is no way to speak to the manager. My needs were never addressed.

Went to try and get a new and got the rudest experience I've ever had with Verizon. I wish I got the guys name but he was so rude that I'm never going to this verizon store again. Honestly this guy needs to be talked to about customer service. His attitude from the start was unacceptable. This makes me not want to be a verizon customer anymore.
