Don’t know the name of the lady that was servicing us but she was quite lazy and unresponsive, maybe she was having a bad day but didn’t feel welcome in the store at all, horrible sales rep and even worse attitude.

I am a long time Verizon customer. We went in to cut the cable cord and update our phones and plan. Verizon Home Internet is working very well for us! Khalil was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store and Verizon's services.

I came into your Roherstown TCC Store, on 100 Roherstown Rd #6C Lancaster PA 17603, and was met with this fantastic representative Sam Torres who did a GREST job in answering and asking me questions pertaining to the phones. She patiently walked me through alot of "over my head questions" with such grace!! She is a very much "keeper" for your organization.
