Went there to purchase socks as I was there the day prior to purchase something else and was treated well, today however i was treated terribly I stood by the back fitting rooms and asked a staff member if there was a restroom I could use, I was told no, walked out of the area I was in where I was then verbally harassed as he made a spectical of me through the store. I have never been treated like that nor do I understand how that is considered customer service. A simple no would've been fine.

Ordered online, said store had them to pick up when I got there they said they didn’t have the shoes disappointing they don’t update their inventory not a fan of the lack of organization.

Enter for raffles for the Jordan and I came in to ask about it and she didn’t even bother to look at the list and just straight up and said you didn’t win but how would you know if you didn’t look at the list ? Then I said I wanted to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager. For everyone that is thinking of coming to this store or to even do raffles for shoes, DO NOT come here because the manager herself will hustle you for more money than what the shoe is worth.
