They never take you back on time for your scheduled appointment ... both times i waited over an hour to get called back past my scheduled time.

I would like to remove all the stars and make them negative and I had one of the worst experiences of my life with them 2 months to make an appointment when I finally got the Hisense for me and my wife but at night my son got sick I didn't sleep at all I got my mother-in-law to take care of my children. I left work. I looked for my wife and we ran to get there on time. While we waited, we saw that a person arrived after us and they passed him on. appointment is at 4 and it's 6 and they tell me we're sorry we can't treat you because there are no doctors anymore we can make an appointment for the 17th I felt like they disrespected me like they had never done before they have no respect for sad people That these are the people who represent Vicion Work, I ended up telling him that I didn't want another appointment that I didn't want to hear from them, but I'm going to complain everywhere.

I would leave negative stars if I could. This was the worst experience I have ever had as a patient. We waited over 1 hour for our appointment, they are incredibly understaffed without any management. I was so unhappy with the care I received. I have never waited so long for an appointment for such poor care. After having the tech perform a number of tests, I saw the doctor through a video which lasted 5 minutes. Then I had to redo some of the tests because the tech didn't have a good video and the doctor wanted another one. I can understand when telehealth is helpful, but in this office where they are so understaffed and a qualified medical professional should be seeing their patients in person, video doctors don't work. I would not recommend coming here unless you have the full day to waste time. We spent 2.5 hours here for a 20 minute appointment.

Not understanding how so many reviews have been left of how understaffed this place is & how terrible the waiting is for just about anything. My husband has been going here for a while so he insisted to keep going but after today we are no longer coming back. He waited over an hour just to show them the glasses he would like.. unreal... either shut this place down or hire people ASAP no one should have to deal with this.

I’ve been to this place many times. Associate refused my insurance. Manager was rude on phone and refused my service due to their lack of communication and customer service. Never received my prescription for contact lenses. Never followed up with appointments that need to be done. I will never go there again.

They called me to change my appoitment time (original time for my appoitment 5:00 p.m.), they said after 2:00 they were out of staff, I went there at 10:45 a.m. she couldn't tell me that they take long time to do the eye exam , I went with my son that is autistic, they made me wait until more than 1:00 p.m. my son was desperated and crying I went to the point to tell the guy that I was coming another day to finish the eye exam he said is ok, the lady followed me until my car asking for the payment, after I paid her she was not telling me what was coming next , I have to ask her when they will give me trials for contacts, (seems at that moment she was more worry about the payment than the service, she didn't give prescription pr something ) ,very bad service , they don't have enough staff and they change the appoiment hour and that makes thar all the people go to the same time, the womans bathroom was without toilet paper and they don't have diaper changer for babies

I absolutely loved the guy that worked with my son and I getting glasses and setting things up, the girl was also awesome that helped do the tests for my son and other stuff, I can't not remember either of their names but they were in their 20s 30s. Loved them, have always loved this location

Always wait for so long. Not enough people working and schedule is overbooked. No one answers the phone. Keep changing doctors and lost one of my prescriptions because of it, and told me I have to go through an exam all over again (and pay). Don’t recommend.

The Mill Creek Square location is my preferred location over the Plaza Blvd location. The employees are much friendlier! Bridget is an absolute gem! She is so kind, patient, and helpful. She 100% deserves 5/5 stars! The only reason I knocked off one star is because my first pair of glasses arrived broken straight from the lab, and the replacement pair didn't have the extra dark transition add-on that I requested. It's an inconvenience to have to keep driving back to the store, but thankfully the staff make it a pleasant experience each time. Bridget definitely deserves recognition for how wonderful she is at greeting each person who walks through the door, juggling multiple customers at once, and doing it all with a friendly attitude and the patience of a saint!

Terrible place, the GPS directs you to another address and if you arrive 3 minutes late they don't attend to you, and they take too long and never answer the phone.
