I was today 03/22/25 at 2:10pm the cashier it’s so Rude She doesn't know how to treat elderly people like her. It's a shame that such a prestigious pharmacy has people like that working. Thank you and good afternoon.

Online photo order was delivered to the store (confirmed via FedX) but the store never confirmed delivery due to disorganization and non-functioning computers. I helped staff find my package based on the box measurements provided by FedX. Nowhere on the label was my name, just "store manager" hence some confusion finding it. Image quality (on mugs) was too dark and the text was illegible. Would not recommend until they make some improvements. Staff was friendly and tried to help, but I think they are unsupported victims of a broken corporate system. Hopefully they can find a way to make some improvements.

My wife uses Walgreen pharmacy for her inhaler prescription. She started using this pharmacy, because at the time they were the only pharmacy that could fulfill her prescription. When we first started using this pharmacy they were helpful, courteous, and communicative.
However, the past few months have been awful. We have been receiving confirmation that her prescription is ready and when we go to pick it up they haven't even started it. Or we will request the refill, receive confirmation that they have received the request, and then the next few days receive numerous reminders to refill the prescription.
I called today to confirm that they received the refill request and greeted by an individual who did not want to be bothered. He answered the phone and before I could say anything, he blurted "Date of birth". He then did not want to hear anything from me and just said the prescription will be ready later today.
He did ask me if there was anything else and I asked how can we transfer to another pharmacy. He quickly replied, just contact that pharmacy.
Disappointed.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! This Walgreens was so nasty and disgusting!!!!!!!!!! Me and my family just came to pick up some cold medicine for my brother. So I went to the bathroom and when I got in the stall there was a cigarette in the toilet. The bathroom was dirty and disgusting! Definitely needs cleaning and much needed renovation.

My Dr sent 2 prescriptions there and I received notification that I had to update my info. Called and was on hold for 10 minutes, then was disconnected. Called back and was on hold for about 45 minutes and it said there were 3 ahead of me, then 2, then 1. Ten more minutes went by and then it said there were other callers ahead of me...how? Got in the car and drove there and was told by the pharmacist that my insurance was no longer accepted. Why couldn't this have been communicated by the email or text that I received? Wasted an hour and a half of my time. They weren't busy when I went in and the pharmacist was looking like he was having a panic attack because he was overwhelmed.

Nothing like driving across town because both online AND store signs state they’re open til midnight just for them to be closed. Update your hours if you’re going to be closed before 11.

I should have read the reviews on this location before dropping a FedEx package off. Packages are not picked up everyday (maybe every 2 or 3 days) If you have an important package this is not the place.

Was bashed by the lady who ”doesn’t work the photo section” because I was picking up a free 8x10 from the app. And she wasn’t in the mood to help anyone at 8am ??
I spend a lot of money there and now I’ll be spending it somewhere else. Just take advantage of the free things since I’ll be harassed picking them up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I can’t speak for the pharmacy, but NEVER take a package meant for FedEx here. I dropped a package off on December 22. I received a text receipt from FedEx so presumably it was accepted into the system. On January 2, I returned to the store to see why the package hadn’t moved and there it was, sitting right where it was dropped off! 12 days and it hadn’t gone anywhere. I asked to take it with me and they handed it right over. Didn’t ask for ID - nothing. Just said “Francis”? I said yes and walked out with the package. What??? Thankfully, after driving it to a FedEx office, there was no problem using the prepaid label, but I lost 12 days of transit time. Just pathetic.

I scheduled an appointment at 8:30a for a COVID/FLU test at 11:15am. Drove there just to be told that they accepted the appointment but there wasn't anyone qualified to administer the test. The person who was supposedly in charge said she'd "mess it up if I tried." They did offer me an appointment for 2:45p but as you can imagine, I'm sick and don't feel like running back and forth for an appointment they originally accepted and said they could do. If the person isn't fully qualified, maybe you shouldn't leave them alone let alone hire them.

Not good. I needed my refills and the pharmacy was temporarily closed! What!?!? I needed my medicine rush!!!!!!!!
