I was pleased with the Erie Property Adjuster, who handled my Claim.
The Adjuster was prompt in returning my call and arranged an appointment for Roof Inspection in a timely manner.
He reached out to me with the findings of the Inspection and explained the process/next steps for the selection of an experienced Contractor, amount of estimate for the Replacement Cost of Repairs to my Home Structure and the Replacement Cost to the Pool House.
I would recommend Erie and their Staff!

Mr. Walker is the perfect gentleman. He and his wife were very welcoming the first time I went to his office to sign up for car insurance. He and his wife had also went the extra mile to inviting my elderly mother into their home to cool off and served my mom iced tea during the hot day I’d arrived at their home office to sign up for insurance. I’m currently one of their clients and will remain a loyal customer to Mr. Walker for as long as I’m in PA!
